- How customizable are these templates?While you could use both these templates straight out of the box, in that their functionalities could serve multiple types of businesses, part of the beauty of these programs is that they are very customizable and can be integrated with other programs and automations depending on which one you choose.
- How scaleable are these CRM's?While there is a maximum for the size of the databases, there is a large amount of space available for all leads that you are able to track through both our systems.
- Does the CRM integrate with other tools like email marketing?While both Notion and Airtable have some native integration functionality, there are some software's out there that don't have that built into them. However you are able to use "Zapier" and "Make" to create many automations with other tools if it is not available in the systems themselves.
- Is there any training?Both the Notion CRM and Airtable CRM have video training as part of the package so you can get set up and start CRMing
- What is the cost?You can get both CRM's for 1 low price of $47.
Both of these can run on the free versions of Airtable and Notion. In order to have full functionality, we recommend you upgrade to at least the first level. - How does the CRM facilitate collaboration within our team?The nature of a central repository system like this is that you can give anyone admin access to be able to go and change parts of the system. Airtable also has the ability to give different individuals different levels of security.
